Cancellation Policy

All cancellations, either at your own request or at the request of the service provider, must be made through email contact.

1. If the cancellation is requested 72hr or more before the start of your Tour, the cancelation will be free and the full amount will be refunded.

2. If the cancellation is requested 48hr or less before the start of the trip, only 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.

3. In cases of no show, client doesn’t reply to messages, client isn’t at the pick up point on time, your tour guide will wait a maximum of 30 min after that the tour will be cancelled and no refund partial or total will be issued.

4. While rare, tours may be subject to unexpected changes. If Airfuzz Tours needs to modify or cancel your booking due to ordinary circumstances, we will make every effort to offer an alternative tour that meets your expectations. If no suitable alternative is available, or if you choose to decline the option, we will provide a full refund. If Airfuzz Tours must cancel your booking due to major events—such as a pandemic, war, or acts of God a full refund will be provided.

5. Refunds can take 3 to 14 days to be processed after the cancellation is confirmed by Airfuzz Tours.
